There’s two types of people; People that have limitations and use those limitations as excuses to not accomplish anything, and people who have those same excuses who don’t care and still crush their goals regardless.
There’s a saying seek, knock, ask and you will find. People mostly forget the seek and knock parts of that saying. You have to train, tryout, ask, and repeat and once you have done this enough the doors will open for you.
There’s a difference in focusing on something and focusing in. Focusing on something means your undivided attention is controlled in the activities of the external environment. When I say to you to focus inwards this means to bring your attention inside of yourself. If you focus too much on the external you end up getting too wrapped up in what’s going on and you fail to be wrapped up in what you are doing. You should begin to focus inside yourself and begin to control what you can control.

Our goal should be to be consistent with our training and aim to improve atlas 1% each day. If you want to become a great soccer player you must train consistently. If you train twice a week you will get twice a week results. Improve your technique at least 1% each day.
